Chicken Pakoda

Chicken Pakoda is a highly popular Indian street food and appetizer consisting of spiced, deep-fried chicken fritters that are incredibly crunchy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. These crispy snacks are made by marinating bite-sized pieces of chicken in an aromatic blend of spices, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice, then coating them in gram flour (besan) and rice flour before deep-frying.
