Copyright, trademarks in product images and descriptions belongs to the manufacturers of the products.  You may not copy, distributre or reproduce such materials unless otherwise indicated or unless permitted to do so by relevent manufacturer or supplier.  our website may contain links to other sites.  These sites are not under the control of Indian Bazaar & Cafe/ibazaarkaty.com.  We will not held liable for the content of such website and any or all forms of loss or damage arising our by using them.

3.  We do not provide services outside Katy, Texas.  Please refer to delivery options for more information on service coverage zipcodes. For zipcodes not covered under free services as mentioned in delivery options, a minimal service and shipping charge may apply.

4.  All information provided including billing and payment must be accurate.  Any inaccurate information provided will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in order cancellation. By accepting to terms and condition at the check out process, you agree to pay for the item.  We will not charge your card until the order has been delivered. 

5.  We may offer promotional deals/sale. Indian Bazaar & Cafe/ibazaarkaty.com reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any sale/offer at any time without notice.  Indian Bazaar & Cafe/ibazaarkaty.com shall not be liable to any customer for any or all loss arising out of such change or cancellation of promotional offer.  Pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online.  Indian Bazaar & cafe reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice and remove any special offers from time to time.  Tax will apply only to taxable items.

6.  We carry products from different manufactures. we made all effort to represent the products available on our website corresponds to the actual product, there may be some variation form these description, appearance and color.  images may not match 100% with the product.  We recommend you see the product/ingredient information from the manufacturer.  Read the manufacturer information on the product including the use, method of use, ingredients and preparation instruction before placing the order. Indian bazaar & cafe/ibazaarkaty.com shall not be held liable for any products or goods sold. Indian bazaar & Cafe do not produce or process food.  We resale products from the different manufacturers. Product information displayed on our website may differ from information contained on the product material.  If you find a product is not as described, you may choose to return the product in unused condition.
